                  <jats:p>Mucogingival deformities resulting in root exposure may lead to dentinal hypersensitivity, plaque accumulation, and esthetic concerns. The Vestibular Incision Subperiosteal Tunnel Access (VISTA) technique is a minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgical procedure that provides predictable root coverage with minimal soft tissue trauma. This case report describes the management of multiple Miller Class I recession defects in the maxillary anterior region (teeth 13–23) using the VISTA technique in combination with Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) membrane. Following initial periodontal therapy, a vestibular access incision and subperiosteal tunnel preparation were performed to facilitate coronal advancement of the gingival tissues. PRF membrane was placed within the tunnel to enhance wound healing and improve soft tissue thickness through the sustained release of growth factors. Postoperative healing was uneventful. Clinical evaluation at 3- and 6-month follow-up demonstrated satisfactory esthetic outcomes, increased gingival thickness, reduced hypersensitivity, and approximately 2-3 mm clinical attachment gain with complete root coverage in most sites. The combination of VISTA and PRF appears to be an effective minimally invasive approach for the treatment of multiple recession defects with favorable clinical and esthetic outcomes.</jats:p>
